As Maharishi Patanjali defined Yoga as:
योगश्चित्तवृत्तिनिरोधः
Yoga = Union
Chitta = Mind stuff, thoughts
Vritti = Fluctuations
Nirodhah = Control/Stillness
English: Restraining the chitta from modifications is yoga.
German: Yoga ist das Aufhören der Schwankungen des Geistes.

True healing goes beyond treating symptoms. While medicine and physical practices like yoga can support the body, lasting transformation requires working on a deeper level mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
Some challenges cannot be resolved through external solutions alone. True healing begins within, through awareness, inner work, and alignment of body, mind, and spirit.
